We're a newlywed couple who got married in December 2024 after 5 years of dating! Our flight was departing on our wedding day, so as soon as the ceremony ended, we rushed home to quickly pack our bags and headed straight to Incheon Airport. The memories of frantically departing for our Tanzania honeymoon while still feeling the afterglow of our wedding are still so vivid.

Q1. Why did you choose Tanzania as your honeymoon destination?

We had so many doubts when deciding on our honeymoon destination. We considered several options, including New York-Cancun, the Maldives, and Europe, but then we happened to watch the African safari episode of 'Earth Marble World Tour' featuring Wonji and Yongmyeong. It just looked so romantic, which inspired us to boldly choose Africa. When we looked into it further, we realized we could enjoy an African safari, relaxation, and healing all in one trip. That's why we ultimately settled on Tanzania, allowing us to experience both the Serengeti and Zanzibar.

Q2. What was the most memorable moment or destination during your trip?

The most memorable thing was the game drive in Serengeti. I still can't believe we saw scenes we'd only seen in documentaries right before our eyes. We encountered so many rare scenes that you might see once in a lifetime, making it a truly unforgettable trip! We were so happy to see various wild animals in the African safari that we could never see in Korea.

Oh! And the Serengeti accommodation where you can see the vast plains was also very memorable.
