Hello. We are a newlywed couple of the same age who got married after dating for four years!

💬 Why did you choose Tanzania as your honeymoon destination?

I had always dreamed of visiting the Serengeti plains. While discussing our honeymoon destinations, we realized that having this much time off was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so we decided to go for it.

💬 Was there any opposition?

At first, when I said I wanted to go to Tanzania for our honeymoon, my husband’s reaction was lukewarm. He didn’t seem too thrilled about it.

But we both love the ocean. I persuaded him by pointing out that Tanzania offers not only the Serengeti but also Zanzibar, a beautiful resort destination. He came around pretty quickly.

💬 What was the most memorable moment during your trip?

The game drives and balloon safari were all great, but playing golf at Kilimanjaro was an incredibly memorable activity.

My husband and I often play golf together, and being able to play golf while looking at the vast landscape and Mount Kilimanjaro was a precious experience that really stayed with me.
