👋 Could you give us a brief introduction about yourselves?

💬 What made you choose Africa as your travel destination?

The first place we visited as a couple was Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls. It's considered one of the world's three great waterfalls along with Niagara and Iguazu, so we'd always wanted to see it at least once. We heard that during the rainy season in November-December, there's literally an overwhelming amount of water flowing that's truly awe-inspiring. We chose Africa as our destination because we wanted to witness that spectacular sight with our own eyes.

Later, we headed to Chobe National Park. Since Zimbabwe and Botswana share a border, many travelers visit Botswana after seeing Victoria Falls.

💬 What was the most memorable place during your trip?

Botswana's Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta left a lasting impression on us. Chobe is said to be home to over 100,000 elephants, a fact that proved true as we encountered them wherever we looked and took numerous photographs. In the Okavango Delta, accessible via a light aircraft, we participated in both game drives and a mokoro safari. Reviewing the photos of us laughing joyfully alongside our guide allows us to re-experience exactly how happy we were during those moments.

At night, while looking at the stars, we briefly reflected on our long journey from meeting at university to getting married.

A honeymoon wouldn't be complete without a resort destination. Our final destination was Mauritius, a famous resort destination in Africa. We're currently in Mauritius, recovering from all the fatigue we'd built up.

What satisfied us most was the itinerary planning and the local connectivity. We traveled through multiple countries and regions - Victoria Falls → Botswana → Okavango Delta → Mauritius - and it was a great flow of destinations.
